It looks like a typical Ford Focus, but under the hood is a 130hp electric motor whose battery can take you 100 miles before you need to charge it up again. With a top speed of 84 mph, the Ford Focus Electric's price might go over too well, starting at $39,200 -- that's before you start piling on the options -- but keep in mind, there's a federal tax credit that'll give you $7,500 back for buying one.
